DELHI CM ARVIND KRJRIWAL ARRESTED BY ED

On Thursday evening, Arvind Kejriwal, the Chief Minister of Delhi, was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate at his residence. This was related to an alleged scam concerning the liquor policy in Delhi. Kejriwal was then taken to the Enforcement Directorate headquarters, where he will be staying overnight.

This development occurred shortly after the Delhi High Court denied interim relief to Kejriwal regarding the summonses issued to him by the Enforcement Directorate in connection with the liquor policy case. It’s worth noting that Kejriwal had been issued nine summonses by the probe agency to participate in questioning as part of the ongoing investigation, but he had refused to comply with them.
